Steve Gold was born on March 1, 1985. He was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut to Nancy and Richard Gold.
Steve Gold loves sports. He enjoys boxing, skiing, surfing, ice hockey, and sailing. Steve used to sail quite often with his father on their boat. Apart from that, Steve does some weight lifting too. He does weight lifting four to five times per week, and he does his workouts extremely fast. His strategy allows him to finish his workouts with a good burn in about 45 minutes. Steve Gold has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and he graduated from the Stern School of Business. He graduated in 2007. During the high school and university days, Steve wanted to work in finance. That is why he worked as an intern for The Carlyle Group where he learned a lot of things that helped him down the road.
However, that was not his first job. Before he set his career in that direction, at the age of 17, Steve had been a lifeguard and a model. He was fairly successful at modeling and that is why he got several offers from different modeling agencies.
Just after he graduated from his high school, Gold went to Paris to work as a model for Louis Vuitton. He worked as a model while studying at New York University. And he really liked modeling. He loved it so much that he actually refused the career in finance in order to finish a shoot he had with some beautiful girl at some nice ranch. But everything comes to an end, and so did his interest in modeling.
Three years after graduating from college, in 2007, Steve started his career as a real estate agent. He worked for Harris Stevens in New York City.
The experience and connections Steven had established while working as a model helped him a lot in building his client base. His clients include some of the most famous fashion icons like Riccardo Tisci and Brian Atwood (among others).
