Dave Chappelle also went on to produce a number of hour-long stand-up comedy specials for HBO. Stand-up comedy is how he started and it is always the thing he returned to and wanted to do. In 2017, Dave Chappelle came back with two new specials which are available on Netflix. He signed an even more lucrative contract and has a deal for two more specials in the future. His new shows include “Deep in the Heart of Texas” and “The Age of Spin.”
