Master P is fond of all things expensive, and cars are no exception. He lives in a lavish mansion whose location remains undisclosed to the public. His garage is home to luxury brands including Escalade, Bentley, Jaguar, Porsche, Chevy, Impala and of course the ultimate status symbol of all hip-hop musicians, the Rolls Royce.

One of the first rappers to build such a mighty financial empire, he made most of his money from shrewd investment decisions. Master P invested in a wide range of business interests such as a footlocker retail outlet, a travel agency, film, the stock market, television production, a jewelry line, car rims, fast food franchises, and clothing among others.

He owns a sports management agency -‘No Limit Communications’. ‘PM Properties’ – his real estate investment company controls over 100 properties across the US.‘No Limit Enterprises’ – his conglomerate company is a financial powerhouse grossing $110 million in 1998 alone.

An example of the business acumen that is Master P is the distribution deal with Priority where No Limit Records would retain 100% ownership of their master recordings and keep 85% of their record sales. Master P went on to make hundreds of millions of dollars from this deal.

A successful marketing strategy employed by Master P consists of branding all his albums, ensuring that the No Limit brand name carried more significance than the artist’s name.
