Matt Letscher is an American born actor and a playwright. He was discovered by Jeff Daniels because of his experiences on stage. This led to his many performances on TV and in various movies. He has a long IMDB record behind him and also managed to fit time and write certain stories and scripts.

Matt Letscher started off as an actor by getting his first professional acting job in Jeff Daniels’ ”The Tropic Pickle”. While being a part of the Purple Rose Theater Company in Michigan, he was able to bag a role in “Gettysburg” (1993). This helped him further his career and he soon started appearing in minor roles or guess staring roles on TV. He appeared in “Almost Perfect” and then got a role as a series regular in “Living in Captivity”. He was also able to start in a few television films afterwards which included “King of Texas”, “The Beach Boys: An American Family”, “When Billy Beat Bobby” and “Stolen Innocence”.

Matt Letscher continued to have a successful career after that which was mostly in TV series. Projects that he has been mostly tied with include “Good Morning, Miami”, “Straight-Jacket”, “The Adventures of Old Christine”, “The Carrie Diaries” and much more. He most recently appeared on CW as Dr. Eobard Thawne or Reverse Flash in “The Flash”. He had a recurring role in season one of the show but played a regular role as the main antagonist of season two of “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow”, the Arrowverse related TV show.

Matt Lethscer has had some appearances in movies, with “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi” (2016) being his last one, a movie directed by Michael Bay, and “Her” (2013). But his most memorable performance in movies has to be the one of Capt. Harrison Love which he did in “The Mask of Zoro” (2013).

Initially Jeff was the one who was supposed to direct it, but eventually he decided to step down and let Matt take the helm.
